Sync between bugzilla and cvs

Hi, all.

I spent some time this weekend syncing the components in Bugzilla (next item
on the list is to script this) and I've only got a few issues left.

Stuff in Bugzilla but not in the repos:

* Maelstrom
* nes-ntsc
* sl
* smc-ntsc
* snes-ntsc

Stuff in the repos but not in Bugzilla:

* mod_h264_streaming (maintained by robert)
* openni-nite (maintained by timn)
* pcsxr (maintained by jem256)
* vbam (also maintained by jem256)

If I don't hear from somebody in the next few days, the Bugzilla components
that aren't in the cvs repos will be deleted. For the cvs repos that aren't
linked to a Bugzilla component, I need the owner's email address (or access to
FAS) so that I can create them.
