I'm adding a patch series which makes it possible to build the thing without
lpc10. This is basically for the record, using spandsp-devel is fine. However,
it makes sense to make the patches which re-enables the autotools chain
available (the first), and perhaps also the others.

Some patches look big, but the real stuff is just Makefile.am and configure.ac
+ e deleted file. But since all generated files are bundled, it becomes big.
