development/source disappear

It has moved to
http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/development/rawhide/source/SRPMS/
and
http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/development/17/source/SRPMS/
to match fedora layout.

That been said the content should be newer in the 17 branch version
until other part of the buildsys match the new layout.
I've removed the old compat symlink last monday.

Every rpmfusion-*-release should match the new layout including
mirrormanager, if not please fill a bug.
