Thx for the review.

I could do the changes for buildroot, but I never understood the aim to remove
buidroot unless for packages that are sure not to work on EL5. This package
will work on EL5 and should be minor maintenance. ALso I expect any update may
also work for EL so I prefer to keep them.


About ppc, it's really worth to enable any asm optimization for the package
given the load that will be involved while encrypting streams. so even if it's
not available everywhere it's still valuable to enable by default. That way a
third parties (of RPM Fusion buildsys if we can reach some ppc builders) will
rebuilt the package without changes.

Please note that there is currently no plan to for another package to use this
one. VLC still uses it owns functions to achieve such feature and this library
could eventually used instead at some point.
