Is enough, just seemed to me is less confuse kmod-%{name} than
%{name}-kmod
Since the packages name are really kmod-something and just src.rpm is
something-kmod.  

But if documentation say that, I will use: 

Requires: %{name}-kmod = %{version}%{?prereltag}
