update x264 on F-18 ?

Hi, I just build x264-0.125-1.20120904.fc19
has in F18 we got x264-0.124 
with: 
repoquery --whatrequires x264-libs |  perl -pe 's/(.*)-\d+:(.*)\.\w
+/\1/' | sort -u

we got this output [1] 

should we push x264-0.125 to F18 ? it have soname bump, but I think not
ABI breakage.

So should I move it to F18 with bootstrap ?
