Is there any maintainer for rpmfusion-*remix-kickstarts and rpmfusion-*package-smart ?

Could you help me understand where that was discussed or decided? I
didn't see anything on RPM Fusion's sysadmin list, or #rpmfusion-admin
in IRC. I wonder if I'm missing something.
