New gstreamer-1.0 plugin packages need reviews for F-18

Hi,

In F-18+ most apps are moving to gstreamer-1.0, this needs new
packages for the rpmfusion hosted gstreamer plugins, this reason
this needs new packages is that the old 0.10 gstreamer will stay
around for a while, so the new packages will need to be parallel
installable like their Fedora counterparts.

Please help getting these plugins reviewed ASAP, as without them
apps like totem are not capable to play a lot of content in F-18+
