Yep, Sorry, I should fix this, the default of the bugs I'm creating is to
have it restricted.


anyway I build xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-304xx-304.88-0.fc19.x86_64.rpm

Indeed, and yep it's needed once the non-default ModulePath is used in a
configuration files.
But it could have been avoided if the right symlink is used from
_libdir/xorg/modules, it seems to have been disabled in recent xorg-server.
I don't know if it's expected.
