Hi Noori,

Religious software is certainly allowed in Fedora; check out
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/name/sword

Upon a cursory examination, the al-anvar project is licensed under the GPLv3,
so I don't see any licensing problems either. Please open a regular review
request in Fedora's Bugzilla. If it turns out that there are issues with it
entering Fedora (for example, that the databases are declared to be non-free or
something), then you can always re-open this bug here at RPM Fusion.
