Summary: Load the NVIDIA kernel module and create NVIDIA character device files

This package is a fallback for nvidia loading mechanism, specially useful when
the module is not loaded from the DDX driver (in the case of been used by the
discrete driver or in multi-users.target) 


This package rely on the nvidia binary driver hence will be for the nonfree
section.
