Converts DVD subtitles into text format (e.g. subrip format) or VobSub
format. Based on transcode.

This software cannot be included in Fedora because it depends on Transcode. It
was dropped from RPM Fusion due to FTBFS.  Upstream is dead for a long time. 
However it is still functional and most distros still carry it.  I was able to
gather some patches and get it working again.  This is my first RPM Fusion
package.  My FAS account name is sundaram.
