Preparing for kernel 3.8.x in F-17

This is the bodhi update for the related 3.7.10 kernel.

Hi,

As some patches are needed for kernel 3.8.x support, please consider adding
thoses patches with the current 3.7 kernel in F-17. So early kernel adopter
and akmod users won't break on the 3.8 update.

Hi all,

It was a very quick update , but the new 3.8 kernel is already in stable.
Currently openafs VirtualBox and catalyst* are failing.

Please try to fix them or provide help to fix them.
