* "License: ASL 2.0" is wrong, this has a custom license.
* Are you sure that the license is free? There are some paragraphs such as "You
may not charge copyright license fees for anyone to use, copy or distribute the
FDK AAC Codec software or your modifications thereto." which are not part of
the usual Free Software licenses. I don't think this particular clause is
non-free because it only bans COPYRIGHT LICENSE fees (not any other kind of
fees, e.g. distribution fees), but I'm not a lawyer, nor can I speak for the
FSF.
