we have in .spec
Requires:  %{_nvidia_serie}-settings

and I think we should also add :
Conflicts:       xorg-x11-drv-nvidia 

So far my tests says that we don't need 
{_sysconfdir}/X11/xorg.conf.d/00-nvidia.conf

have we any update for Nvidia-304xx ? I see a crash, always when I shutdown my
computer with F19
