We cannot install mplayer2 along with mplayer (so it currently conflicts,
indeed).
But conflicts is discouraged, so I expect two long solution before the mplayer2
review can be considered for RPM Fusion.
- Either this mplayer2 is renamed (this will concern system/user mplayer.ini)
- or both mplayer/mplayer package is converted to using alternatives (again,
binaries and system configuration files, users configuration files should be
handled another way).
Please have a look on OpenEXR_Viewer (,-nonfree) for samples on how to do that.
