comps-devel update needed for xine-lib 1.2

Hi,

I filed:
https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3003
over 2 weeks ago. It still hasn't got any attention. Can somebody please 
take care of the required comps-devel.xml.in updates? Namely:
* remove xine-lib-extras-freeworld (without replacement)
* add kaffeine as "optional" to kde-desktop. It used to be "optional" in
kde-desktop in Fedora before it was moved.

(I don't think I can edit comps directly in RPM Fusion as I can in Fedora, 
can I? Allowing that and documenting it would remove that burden from the 
admins.)
