Hi, just check mjpegtools-2.1.0 integrate y4mscaler , I just diff the
code between mjpegtools-2.1.0 and y4mscaler and they are equal so I
think the best solution for bug
https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3022
is Obsoletes: y4mscaler 
anyone against it ?
