Millions of individuals and businesses use skype to make free video and voice
calls, send instant messages and share files with other skype users.

Notes on rpmlint on the binary: the license of course is not valid for Fedora
inclsion. Config files in /etc/prelink.conf and /etc/dbus-1/system.d should
actually be written exactly like this or Skype refuses to work properly
(prelinking corrupts the binary, for example).
