Any way to hold packages in -testing?

Do we have any way of holding packages in testing? I know we lack Bodhi but
I wasn't absolutely sure we didn't have some sort of method of holding
packages in the testing repositories...

I would like to build mythtv 0.27 test packages but I don't want them
landing in stable anytime soon.
