Updated SPEC file (still legally dubious)

- removed script modifications. They are not really necessary for the pure
package
- reverted to blob 325.08, because that is the last supported one by the script

Well, if we can't use this approach, then at least we can point to this
attachement and tell people to run "rpmbuild -ba --clean
SPEC/nouveau-firmware.spec" to get a nice RPM for their machines.
