Hi, welcome to rpmfusion!

Now, here is really two things: a spec to review, and to get sponsored. The
latter is actually the harder part, and I cannot help you with that - I'm not a
sponsor myself. However, I could possibly help you to enhance this spec, time
permitting.

That said, have you looked into the process [1] how to get sponsored? It's
written for fedora, but works similar here on rpmfusion. A hint might be to try
to submit package also to Fedora, it might be somewhat easier to get sponsored
there (if you're sponsored on Fedora, it's ok also with rpmfusion).
