Here I stop reading, 
This position can hardly been hold by someone who have seen his package
rejected by Fesco after been approved by a reviewer. (as the lpf-foo packages)
Of course Legal review is upper than any reviewer opinion on the topic, this is
not something new in our process. And you are not almighty in this area because
of a package administrative approval.

The second thing which is simply astonishing, is that you are supposed to work
with others. Not only on my quality of packager coordinator, it could have been
someone else. So please review your code-of-conduct.
