Requires on ffmpeg-compat is wrong because it's ffmpeg 0.6 whereas you seem to
say that the dependency is ffmpeg >= 0.8.
Also does it use the ffmpeg/libav libraries or binaries ?

Please use the %{version} rpm macros instead of hardcoded version number as
Source0, There is also a %find_lang macro that should be used instead of
listing every single macro

I didn't knew the waqf license. This will need a legal review to verify that it
is FSF compliant or OSI compatible.

Upstream project has released an updated version one week ago.
