Today, x264 updated git stable version and we got again, soname bump.
I already had prepared x264-0.142-1.20140314gitaff928d_bootstrap, we
will need another little mass rebuild, I will commit into cvs and if
ok , I submit tag and build .

x264 seems that updates every two months, not change much code, so it
relative safe do this little mass rebuilds and seems to me, the better,
for helping out on devel this lib.
