Found issues:

- %ifarch behave differently on noarch:
  - multiarch patch: IMHO should be applied every time for MinGW
  - __isa_bits in configure options: it would need separate configure call for
Win32 and Win64, so maybe rather patch could be used?

- EL5 stuff can be removed: Group, %clean, rm -rf, %defattr

- mingwXX-binutils can be removed

- COPYRIGHT should remain in mingw64-libmad too

- missing dll! All what is needed is: to add -no-undefined to LDFLAGS (probably
by the patch to not overwrite existing LDFLAGS passed from rpmbuild)

There were no response for more than one month. This ticket could be closed as
stalled within one week as described in
