i don't know if this is the correct command, i where should i place this ?

# FFMPEG_CFLAGS=`pkg-config --cflags libavcodec libavdevice libavfilter
libavformat libavutil libpostproc libswscale`
# echo $FFMPEG_CFLAGS
-I/usr/include/ffmpeg
