akmods installs kernel-debug-devel

If both provides "kernel-devel-uname-r" and are at the same version, then
the alphabetically first "kernel-debug-devel" gets installed.
I've tested it here by removing kernel-devel/akmods and happens as well:

$ sudo yum install akmods
Loaded plugins: langpacks, refresh-packagekit
