Looks well, overall. All concerns from the Fedora review were addressed and the
package is nicely aligned with the guidelines and good practices. Thank you!

A few nitpicks to consider before importing the package:

Please %exclude /usr/share/doc/spread/Win32BuildInstructions.pdf from the
package.

I'm a bit worried about these; would it be possible to use /usr/include/spread/
instead?
