gargoyle was rejected from Fedora:

With a lot of work gargoyle might make it into Fedora one day; I think RPM
Fusion could be a good place to start development.

I'm happy to start work on this package where the previous contributor left
off. Note that I am quite new to packaging.

For mp3 support, smpeg will need to be re-packaged. I got smpeg to build using
a .spec file based off of Mageia's .spec, and it seems to work fine.
