All third party repos shold be disabled; enable them one-by-one when needed.

Even if there is no any rule that prohibits to split private libraries in a
separated sub-package, in this case it is a file required by
'simplescreenrecorder' only, whereas 'libssr-glinject.so' is totally useless as
stand-alone file.
