OK, fixed License: GPLv3 and LGPLv2+ , I removed the src/win32 after %setup ,
to be sure that is not used . 

# mlt/src/win32/fnmatch.{c,h} are BSD-licensed.
# be sure that aren't used
rm -r src/win32/
