Can you reach out to VideoLAN on their reasoning?

Kodi has decided to force bundling of libdvd{css,nav,read} and my attempts at 
removing libdvdcss support result in a non-functional Kodi in regards to reading 
DVDs. Even non-encrypted DVDs.
