No package on updates-testing

both are present in the f24 repository

Currently pushing packages is still a manual (artisanal) step until
bodhi backend is fully setup.
The next step would be to have packages in updates-testing for around
3 days until the bohdi frontend allows contributors to select when to
push to stable.
