I'm not a big fan of private email, later sent to public mailing list.
But at least , can you ask Florent if he plan to index rpmfusion
packages in this database ?

Sounds like the the problematic package was removed before we started
to introduce fc25 build:
koji-rpmfusion list-tagged f25-free --ts=$(date -d "2016-06-13" "+%s")
