I am not sure whether the license keywords are unified for RPMFusion or not,
but by randomly browsing non-free repo I found the following licenses:
Distributable
Redistributable, no modification permitted

Currently there is 'Redistributable' in the spec, maybe we could switch to one
of the previously noted?

Cannot be the wrapper simplified? E.g. to something like:

mkdir -p ~/.%{cname} 2>/dev/null
cd ~/.%{cname}
exec %{_libexecdir}/%{cname} "\$@"

Are the symlinks to libexec needed?

Othwerwise it looks good, thus approving.
