Yes. The actual packages for F-24 in the rpmfusion repository aren't the last
ones. You can get the last ones (akmod-wl-6.30.223.271-4.fc23.x86_64.rpm    
broadcom-wl-6.30.223.271-1.fc23.noarch.rpm) here:

http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/updates/testing/23/x86_64/

or if you want to rebuild them for F-24, you can get them in the corresponding
SRPMS directory.
