btw, Qupzilla (or any QtWebEngine browser?) should be able to use it too

I haven't tested this yet as I'm not in the mood to install random .tar.gz
cruft right now, however, it'd be nice if you'd make sure that the new package
works out of the box with Qupzilla too (and that it makes precedence over the
old Flash, if both are installed)
