Before if you wanted to use livna with fedora during install then you had to
update a lot of fedora during install aswell because the latest livna
wouldn't necessarily be compatible with original fedora base. That's why
rpmfusion provides an rpmfusion base so that will work with fedora base
(such as dvd install) and then rpmfusion updates which will work with fedora
updates.
