I agree but there are downsides to adding them both during install though.
For example using updates during install requires more downloading than
installing base and then setting up presto before updating. I am sure there
are other issues aswel that i dont know of but you still ofcourse have the
option of enabling updates for both during install and so on and the
rpmfusion base is simply ignored.
