Syncing rpmfusion repo

Hello!

Can you create any timestamp file in the root of rpmfusion archive
(download1.rpmfusion.org::rpmfusion/) which will be updated every time
you will finish to push new updates to repository.

Checking this file mirrors can start syncing after it modified by
comparison with local one.

What do you think about this? Or another mirroring mechanism is present?
