Sure I use rsync, but I do not know when should start it. Today I got
these errors:

---
rsync: stat
"/mirror/fedora/rpmfusion/free/fedora/updates/testing/9/x86_64/debug/.mplayer-debuginfo-1.0-0.97.20080903svn.fc9.1.x86_64.rpm.7imWER" failed: No such file or directory (2)
rsync: rename
"/mirror/fedora/rpmfusion/free/fedora/updates/testing/9/x86_64/debug/.mplayer-debuginfo-1.0-0.97.20080903svn.fc9.1.x86_64.rpm.7imWER" -> "free/fedora/updates/testing/9/x86_64/debug/.~tmp~/mplayer-debuginfo-1.0-0.97.20080903svn.fc9.1.x86_64.rpm": No such file or directory (2)
rsync: rename failed for
"/mirror/fedora/rpmfusion/free/fedora/development/i386/os/mplayer-doc-1.0-0.101.20080903svn.fc10.i386.rpm" (from free/fedora/development/i386/os/.~tmp~/mplayer-doc-1.0-0.101.20080903svn.fc10.i386.rpm): No such file or directory (2)

as rsync started during pushing to download1.rpmfusion.org. I'd like to
avoid these bugs, so I ask for timestamp file. Or I have to check
repomd.xml for each repository so as the mirror can be up-to-date.
