Hmmm. akmods needs rpmdev-vercmp from rpmdevtools, hence the two obvious 
solution to fix this would be

(1) ship rpmdev-vercmp separately from akmods
(2) include a copy of rpmdev-vercmp in akmods

"(2)" is ugly; "(1)" might be doable, but we'd need to talk to the 
rpmdevtools maintainer in Fedora about it.
