how to build fglrx package 8.583

If you look inside the xorg-x11-drv-fglrx build directory, you should find a 
"kmod-data" tarball. Copy that to your rpmbuild/SOURCES directory and use 
the same procedure to switch Source0 in the fglrx-kmod source RPM. Once 
that's rebuilt, you should be able to install xorg-x11-drv-fglrx and 
(a)kmod-fglrx together.
