ffmpeg/x264/gpc circular dep loop

you need bootstrap x264 [1]


x264.spec enable global bootstrap (%global _with_bootstrap 1) and 
build x264
build ffmpeg 
build gpac
disable x264 bootstrap (#global _with_bootstrap 1) , and build x264,
this is just need for /usr/bin/x264
