SPEC: http://rpms.kwizart.net/fedora/reviews/libmpeg2/libmpeg2.spec Description: MPEG-2 decoder libraries mpeg2dec has been renamed to libmpeg2. This release is ABI compatible with the previous one (checked with rpmsodiff), thus I think we should only import and build libmpeg2 in rpmfusion. mpeg2dec have been splitted into another package. This will make it multilibs compliant and prevent the libX* library to be bring as a dependency when it is uneeded. Package calling mpeg2dec will need to add Requires: mpeg2dec There is a potential problem when a package links against this version, since headers have been moved from /usr/include/mpeg2dec to /usr/include/libmpeg2. Package that hardcode the headers as <mpeg2dec/mpeg2.h> and <mpeg2dec/mpeg2convert.h> will fail. Instead, they need to check for pkgconfig to detect the header path. current status

Hi, I'm curious what is the current status of rpmfusion. At the beginning of July we got the CVS and FAS2 working, so I suppose the buildsystem is what's still missing. I'm happy to test some things if this can help. Regards, Julian
