Deep in the human unconscious is a pervasive need for a logical universe that
makes sense. But the real universe is always one step beyond logic.

Yes, me.

Co-maintainers are welcome.

There should be a science of discontent. People need hard times and
oppression to develop psychic muscles.

F41 freeze in less than two weeks.
by Nicolas Chauvet
Hi there,
As a reminder, the F41 Final Freeze is in two weeks from now: (15th of October).
https://fedorapeople.org/groups/schedule/f-41/f-41-key-tasks.html
While we can do some adjustments for rpmfusion between Freeze and GA,
please consider submitting important package changes ahead of freeze,
specially for Fedora.
As Xorg server was updated to 1.21 with f41, I expect we need to
retire the nvidia-340xx driver for f41+, nvidia-390xx should work
despite being EOL upstream.
We will hopefully land FFmpeg-7.0 for f41, but I expect x265-4.0 will
be F42 only at this step. FFmpeg-7.1 might come as an update (if ABI
is compatible, claimed to be by upstream).
Anything missing for the important steps for F41 GA ?
