Comment # 55 on bug 4363 from stan

I spoke too soon.  When I tried to run dnf update, it wanted to replace the
.115 version of the chromium-libs-media with the .104 version
chromium-libs-media-freeworld, and remove the .115 version of chromium.  I
think it might be because the epoch on the chromium-libs-media-freeworld is 1. 
But that's a downgrade, so it shouldn't be what is wanted.  Does the
chromium-libs-media-freeworld package need to be updated to version .115 so it
is compatible with chromium version .115?
