I believe the right magic is adding "rd.driver.blacklist=nouveau" to
the kernel
commandline.
My experience was, install akmods-nVidia, after that, upgrade kernel
and build new kmods , after reboot in new kernel and works without
any blacklist nouveau.
The blacklist was done
by https://pkgs.rpmfusion.org/cgit/nonfree/xorg-x11-drv-nvidia.git/tree/b...
I guess

The reply-to for the list is wrong, it is set to "rpmfusion-developer
s(a)rpmfusion.org"
which should be rpmfusion-developers(a)lists.rpmfusion.org, known issue
?
