Is there something I can do to solve this problem ?
Is/was 88.187.13.73 your IP?
It actually matches with the time (6:40pm - 7:14pm) where you tried to checkout from scm server.
From what I can see, you first tried to Authenticate yourself with user "builder" which lead your IP to get black-listed from our infra.
